Hi, my name is Mosunmola - but you can call me Mona or Mo for short! As the heart and hands behind MonaBites my goal was to reimagine a classic - Banana bread but bite sized! Think golden-brown edges with just the right crisp, and the moist, almost under-baked center everyone fights for. That’s exactly what each MonaBites delivers. At approximately 2.5 x 1.5 x 2 inches in size and just around 150 calories each, MonaBites are a lighter alternative to a typical baked good!

After some trial and error in the kitchen and a big push from my now husband, what started as a small idea quickly grew when friends, family, and coworkers became my first paying customers. As a result, in September 2018 MonaBites was born!

Fast forward to September of 2025, life looks a lot different! As a mom of a little one, my motivation lies in the legacy I am determined to build for the next generation. Today, I offer offer our bite sized guilt-free treats in our Original flavor- Classic banana bread. In addition, I've created unique flavors like Pistachio (Emerald Bite), Triple Chocolate Chip (CoCo Bite), and Pumpkin Spice - our current limited seasonal addition!

MonaBites isn’t just my business. It's a brand that delivers both flavor and functionality. I provide homemade banana bread that fits into the lives of anyone who is looking for a little sweetness on the go! It’s my personal outlet for creativity, my love letter to food and family.
